Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Loazi. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who Can Use Loazi

Loazi is a graduate career platform that connects Sri Lankan graduates with verified employers. You may register and use Loazi if you are:

A graduate, final-year student, or job-seeker eligible to work in Sri Lanka, or
A legally registered company or employer based in, or operating in, Sri Lanka.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Loazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements, or that is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration.

2. Data We Collect

When you register and use Loazi, we may collect the following information:

Account information — your name, email address, and password.
Profile information — your CV, education history, work experience, skills, profile photo, and career preferences.
Company information — legal company name, business registration number, registered address, and verification documents.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries, and interactions within the platform.
Communications — messages and interactions between students and employers conducted through the platform.
Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and performance purposes.

Data is collected when you register, update your profile, apply for opportunities, communicate through the platform, or otherwise interact with Loazi.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your Loazi account and verify your identity.
Display your profile to relevant employers (for students) or to potential candidates (for companies).
Power AI-driven features, such as the CV scorer and skill matching tools.
Verify company registrations and maintain the integrity and safety of the platform.
Send you service-related communications, such as application updates, account alerts, and security notifications.
Send you news, promotions, and platform updates — only if you have given your explicit consent to receive marketing communications.
Analyse platform usage in aggregate to improve our features and user experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with employers is limited to what is visible on your public profile or submitted as part of a job application.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting us or updating your account preferences.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using Loazi, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile and during registration.
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or company credentials.
Not use the platform to post spam, fraudulent job listings, or any misleading or harmful content.
Keep your login credentials secure and notify Loazi immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Not attempt to circumvent any security or verification measures on the platform.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Loazi.

Violations of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Loazi without prior notice and without refund of any fees paid.

5. Limitation of Liability

Loazi provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

We do not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by users, including employers or students.
We are not liable for any employment outcomes, hiring decisions, business arrangements, or other consequences arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Loazi shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to Loazi in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Loazi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Loazi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
