Your First 90 Days at Work
Start your first job in Sri Lanka well and pass probation. Follow one new hire from Day 1 to Day 90: the first one-to-one with your manager, sorting a busy inbox, a 30-second stand-up update, asking for help, taking feedback, speaking up in meetings, disagreeing politely with someone senior, presenting your work, owning a mistake, handling workload and late messages, and preparing for your probation review. You practise every step with a manager and colleagues who react to what you choose.
